Back in June, I made some pretty big life changes
I hired a nutritionist and a personal trainer
I was ready to change the way I treated my body
It was terrifying
And then it became my new way of life
In just a few weeks, I felt better than I have in years!
I'm proud to say that I'm still going strong!
