I had an artist friend visit the studio one day and he saw me working on this piece
He said the color palette reminded him of oyster shells
I loved that!
I was so focused on the pearls that popped out as a result of a chemical reaction in my paint formula that I didn't even see the resemblance
I love getting different perspectives, especially from my peers
It was only right that I named this piece, Oyster and Pearl
