About the event
This sound and mind experience will be a one of a kind gift to yourself. Jen of White Wave Restorations will lead you through an immersive sound bath to relax and restore your body's natural rhythms. Afterwards, we will move into Shy Fox Studio for an hour of creativity and curiousity with fluid art. You will go home with two 8x8 paintgs. Light refreshments will be provided.
